巨噬細(xì)胞是我們機(jī)體中強(qiáng)大的“吃豆小精靈”,其可以吞咽細(xì)胞殘?jiān)安≡w來保護(hù)機(jī)體健康,近日,一篇刊登在雜志The Journal of Cell BioLogy上的研究論文中,來自威斯康辛-邁迪遜大學(xué)大學(xué)的研究人員揭示了巨噬細(xì)胞如何通過誘導(dǎo)中性白細(xì)胞,使其離開機(jī)體損傷的組織進(jìn)而幫助治療炎癥。
中性粒細(xì)胞是機(jī)體中的“*急救者”,其可以被名為活性氧激活的蛋白激酶所吸引到患處,當(dāng)中性粒細(xì)胞完成工作后,炎癥就會(huì)通過細(xì)胞抗原抗體或凋亡的方式被部分治療,隨后殘留的中性粒細(xì)胞就會(huì)被巨噬細(xì)胞所吞噬;但中性粒細(xì)胞可以通過一種逆向遷移的方式離開機(jī)體損傷的組織,目前是否巨噬細(xì)胞可以促進(jìn)炎癥的恢復(fù)尚不明確。
這項(xiàng)研究中,研究人員利用透明的斑馬魚幼體進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在被巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬前中性粒細(xì)胞會(huì)被“招募”至傷口處,但是一旦其到達(dá)傷口處,巨噬細(xì)胞就會(huì)同中性粒細(xì)胞進(jìn)行接觸,并且使其遠(yuǎn)離機(jī)體損傷組織;在缺失巨噬細(xì)胞的斑馬魚機(jī)體中中性粒細(xì)胞可以在斑馬魚患處停留很長時(shí)間。就像中性粒細(xì)胞一樣,巨噬細(xì)胞可以被活性氧和蛋白激酶信號(hào)吸引至患處,而且缺失活性氧產(chǎn)生酶類Nox2的巨噬細(xì)胞并不能遷移至傷口處,反而會(huì)誘導(dǎo)中性粒細(xì)胞離開傷口。
