生物活性：醛固酮是主要的鹽皮質(zhì)激素。醛固酮是一種類固醇激素，由腎上腺皮質(zhì)的球狀帶 (ZG) 響應腎素-血管緊張素系統(tǒng)激活 (RAS) 或高鉀飲食而合成和分泌。醛固酮活性取決于細胞質(zhì)/核鹽皮質(zhì)激素受體 (MR) 在細胞水平上的結(jié)合和激活^[1][2]。

體外：醛固酮（1-1000 nM；24 小時）以劑量依賴性方式抑制血管平滑肌細胞白細胞介素-1β 刺激的亞硝酸鹽生成^[3]。

體內(nèi)：醛固酮（1 mg/Kg+1% NaCl；ih；每天一次，持續(xù) 3 周）顯著增加收縮壓 (SBP)、舒張壓 (DBP)、左心室收縮壓 (LVSP) 和左心室舒張末壓 ( LVEDP)^[4]。
醛固酮（0.72 mg/kg/天；14 天）導致雄性小鼠血壓小幅升高（14 mmHg）^{[5]< /sup>。}
