生物活性：Amivantamab (JNJ-61186372) 是一種人源 EGFR-MET 雙特異性抗體，具有免疫抗癌活性。Amivantamab 可以抑制配體結(jié)合，促進(jìn)受體-抗體復(fù)合物的內(nèi)吞作用和降解，并誘導(dǎo)巨噬細(xì)胞的 Fc 依賴性胞吞作用和自然殺傷細(xì)胞的抗體依賴性細(xì)胞毒性。
