產(chǎn)品描述
Rolipram是選擇性，細(xì)胞通透性良好的PDE4抑制劑（IC50=1 µM）[1]，可以抑制嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞中C5a刺激的LTC4合成(IC50 = 200 nM)[2]和LPS誘導(dǎo)單核細(xì)胞的TNFa產(chǎn)生(IC50 = 360 nM)[3]，有報(bào)道稱rolipram具有抗炎癥作用，已被用在哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治療中 [2]。Rolipram還降低了豚鼠結(jié)腸平滑肌的隔離帶中對(duì)OVA的初始和延遲反應(yīng)[1]。Rolipramye 促進(jìn)了生理環(huán)境（而非缺血環(huán)境）中新生細(xì)胞的增殖，并顯著提高神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的存活。
