生物活性：QS-21 是一種免疫刺激皂苷，可用作有效的疫苗佐劑。 QS-21 通過作用于抗原呈遞細(xì)胞 (APC) 和 T 細(xì)胞來刺激 Th2 體液和 Th1 細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng)。 QS-21 可激活 NLRP3 炎性體，隨后釋放 caspase-1 依賴性細(xì)胞因子、IL-1β 和 IL-18^[1][2][3]。 IC50 和目標(biāo)：NLRP3 炎性小體體內(nèi)：對小鼠 APC（DC 和巨噬細(xì)胞）的研究將 QS-21 鑒定為 NLRP3 炎性小體的激活劑，并導(dǎo)致隨后釋放半胱天冬酶-1 依賴性促炎細(xì)胞因子 I1-1β/I1-18，可分別促進(jìn) Th 17 細(xì)胞成熟或驅(qū)動(dòng) INF-γ 介導(dǎo)的 Th1 反應(yīng)^[3]。
