適用范圍:原代細(xì)胞、干細(xì)胞、以及各種難轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞(如免疫細(xì)胞、血液細(xì)胞等)
? 貼壁轉(zhuǎn)染
適用范圍:可以直接對(duì)貼壁細(xì)胞進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)染,省去了細(xì)胞消化、再貼壁的步驟(對(duì)提高某些種類細(xì)胞的存活率十分重要)!
? 離體組織轉(zhuǎn)染
適用范圍:組織切片、腦切片、器官、胚胎等
? 活體轉(zhuǎn)染
適用范圍:大腦、視網(wǎng)膜、肌肉、皮膚、肝臟、腎臟、睪丸等
