熔斷切斷閥概述
BI-TORQ熱切斷閥安裝在易燃、介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)罐或輸送管道上需要設(shè)置各種閥門(mén)，開(kāi)控制罐體或管路的開(kāi)閉狀態(tài)；由于這類(lèi)的介質(zhì)具有較高的危險(xiǎn)性，一旦出現(xiàn)火情，如不能及時(shí)切斷介質(zhì)的輸送，則有可能造成火情難以控制等情況。而如果在發(fā)現(xiàn)火情后通過(guò)人工操作的方式進(jìn)行介質(zhì)輸送的切斷，一則無(wú)法及時(shí)的切斷介質(zhì)，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致火情的擴(kuò)大，二則在起火的情況下，人員可能無(wú)法接近閥門(mén)，無(wú)法進(jìn)行操作，有可能導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重后果。
易熔連接閥其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，設(shè)計(jì)巧妙，布局合理，它*的結(jié)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在環(huán)境溫度達(dá)到特定范圍后，自動(dòng)觸發(fā)一系列機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作，并依靠事先存儲(chǔ)的機(jī)械能作為動(dòng)力源，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門(mén)的關(guān)閉操作，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)在時(shí)間內(nèi)自動(dòng)切斷介質(zhì)輸送的目的；將這種防火阻斷閥安裝到盛裝易燃易爆介質(zhì)的儲(chǔ)罐上，可以作為防火、阻燃的一道屏障，可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)自動(dòng)反應(yīng)，盡可能地減少可燃介質(zhì)的輸出，進(jìn)而在出現(xiàn)意外時(shí)為控制火情做出貢獻(xiàn)。因此可以說(shuō)它具備了多種優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

The BI-TORQ thermal shut-off valve is installed on storage tanks or pipelines for flammable media.
