的作用氣動閥門定位器是按力平衡原理設(shè)計工作的,其工作原理方框見上圖所示,它是按力平衡原理設(shè)計和工作的。 如圖上圖所示當(dāng)通入波紋管的信號壓力增加時,使杠桿2繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,檔板靠近噴嘴,噴嘴背壓經(jīng)放大器放大后,送入薄膜執(zhí)行機構(gòu)氣室,使閥桿向下移動,并帶動反饋桿(擺桿)繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,連接在同一軸上的反饋凸輪(偏心凸輪)也跟著作逆時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動,通過滾輪使杠桿1繞支點轉(zhuǎn)動,并將反饋彈簧拉伸、彈簧對杠桿2的拉力與信號壓力作用在波紋管上的力達到力矩平衡時儀表達到平衡狀態(tài)。此時,一定的信號壓力就與一定的閥門位置相對應(yīng)。
