德國PILZ皮爾茲繼電器技術(shù)參數(shù)1、額定工作電壓
是指繼電器正常工作時線圈所需要的電壓。根據(jù)繼電器的型號不同,可以是交流電壓,也可以是直流電壓。
2、直流電阻
是指繼電器中線圈的直流電阻,可以通過萬能表測量。
3、吸合電流
是指繼電器能夠產(chǎn)生吸合動作的zui小電流。在正常使用時,給定的電流必須略大于吸合電流,這樣繼電器才能穩(wěn)定地工作。而對于線圈所加的工作電壓,一般不要超過額定工作電壓的1.5倍,否則會產(chǎn)生較大的電流而把線圈燒毀。
4、釋放電流
是指繼電器產(chǎn)生釋放動作的zui大電流。當(dāng)繼電器吸合狀態(tài)的電流減小到一定程度時,繼電器就會恢復(fù)到未通電的釋放狀態(tài)。這時的電流遠遠小于吸合電流。
5、觸點切換電壓和電流
是指繼電器允許加載的電壓和電流。它決定了繼電器能控制電壓和電流的大小,使用時不能超過此值,否則很容易損壞繼電器的觸點。
電磁繼電器的構(gòu)造:如圖所示,A是電磁鐵,B是銜鐵,C是彈簧,D是動觸點,E是靜觸點。電磁繼電器工作電路可分為低壓控制電路和高壓工作電路組成。控制電路是由電磁鐵A、銜鐵B、低壓電源E1和開關(guān)組成;工作電路是由小燈泡L、電源E2和相當(dāng)于開關(guān)的靜觸點、動觸點組成。連接好工作電路,在常態(tài)時,D、E間未連通,工作電路斷開。用手指將動觸點壓下,則D、E間因動觸點與靜觸點接觸而將工作電路接通,小燈泡L發(fā)光。閉合開關(guān)S,銜鐵被電磁鐵吸下來,動觸點同時與兩個靜觸點接觸,使D、E間連通。這時彈簧被拉長,觀察到工作電路被接通,小燈泡L發(fā)光。斷開開關(guān)S,電磁鐵失去磁性,對銜鐵無吸引力。銜鐵在彈簧的拉力作用下回到原來的位置,動觸點與靜觸點分開,工作電路被切斷,小燈泡L不發(fā)光。

二、電磁繼電器的工作原理
工作原理:電磁鐵通電時,把銜鐵吸下來使D和E接觸,工作電路閉合。電磁鐵斷電時失去磁性,彈簧把銜鐵拉起來,切斷工作電路。
結(jié)論:電磁繼電器就是利用電磁鐵控制工作電路通斷的開關(guān)。
用電磁繼電器控制電路的好處:用低電壓控制高電壓;遠距離控制;自動控制。
三、電磁繼電器的應(yīng)用
防訊報警器:K是接觸開關(guān),B是一個漏斗形的竹片圓筒,里面有個浮子A,水位上漲超過警戒線時,浮子A上升,使控制電路接通,電磁鐵吸下銜鐵,于是報警器指示燈電路接通,燈亮報警。
溫度自動報警器:當(dāng)溫度升高到一定值時,水銀溫度計中水銀面上升到金屬絲處,水銀是導(dǎo)體。因此將電磁鐵電路接通,電磁鐵吸引彈簧片,使電鈴電路閉合,電鈴響報警,當(dāng)溫度下降后,水銀面離開金屬絲,電磁鐵電路斷開,彈簧片回原狀,電鈴電路斷開,電鈴不再發(fā)聲。
