FESTO比例式減壓閥的安裝位置。高層內(nèi)減壓閥設(shè)計安裝的位置不妥,會出現(xiàn)減壓閥閥后壓力忽高忽低,管網(wǎng)壓力嚴重偏離允許范圍,伴隨毀壞淋浴器,水管爆裂和損壞用戶水表等事故發(fā)生;有時也會水流不暢,分區(qū)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)無規(guī)律的斷水現(xiàn)象,影響用戶用水。出現(xiàn)類似事故,檢查整個減壓閥減壓分區(qū)給水系統(tǒng),無疑點可找;拆卸減壓閥過濾器等元件并無異常;有些物業(yè)管理單位甚至懷疑減壓閥的技術(shù)性能,多次調(diào)換新的減壓閥,也不能解決問題。這時可從檢查比例減壓閥設(shè)計安裝位置是否合理著手,認真檢查管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是否存在等位倒虹管現(xiàn)象,即分區(qū)的輸出管路標高相近。此類情況在主、副樓同一屋頂水箱,下給水供水系統(tǒng)中很容易出現(xiàn)。發(fā)現(xiàn)這些問題,可以考慮把比例減壓閥安裝位置提高一個層面(不能提得太高,必須顧全分區(qū)內(nèi)用水設(shè)備的承壓規(guī)范要求);也可在主、副樓內(nèi),分設(shè)兩組獨立的比例減壓閥給水系統(tǒng)。 192613 LFR-1/4-D-5M-O-MIDI G1/4 1600 l/min 0.5 ... 12 bar 5 µm

費斯托減壓閥保障系統(tǒng)的管理巡視,要注意觀察減壓閥本身的工作動態(tài)。閥前、閥后壓力數(shù)值接近,表明減壓閥本身已存在故障。即活塞式減壓閥的閥芯與閥體間的平面密封橡膠件損壞;薄膜式可調(diào)型減壓閥主閥膜片有裂痕和O型圈損壞,及導閥連通管堵塞,造成減壓閥減壓作用削弱或者失效。這對分區(qū)管網(wǎng)危害極大,特別是許多用水設(shè)備可能因超壓力而出現(xiàn)爆管,必須及時修復。比例式(活塞型)減壓閥閥體上的透吸氣小孔如出現(xiàn)滴漏不止,表明閥芯上幾檔O型密封圈已經(jīng)磨損,要更換密封件。但在修理拆裝減壓元件時,要謹慎細心,調(diào)換內(nèi)密封件;清理雜物時,應因勢利導,不要用金屬棒、硬梗撬閥的活動部位,使用木榔頭和木柄敲擊震動,慢慢拆卸閥內(nèi)部件。修理完畢后重新安裝時,一定要和閥門上的流向指示保持*。 159584 LFR-1/2-D-MIDI G1/2 3400 l/min 0.5 ... 12 bar 40 µm
