        TS-5000Z味覺分析系統(tǒng)(電子舌)的開發(fā)歷經(jīng)數(shù)年,其研發(fā)團隊從上世紀(jì)80年代開始研究味覺傳感器,從初的交互敏感型響應(yīng),到現(xiàn)在可以實現(xiàn)對酸、甜、苦、咸等基本味道專一選擇性的響應(yīng),其間發(fā)表論文數(shù)百篇,以下僅列舉近年來的與大家分享:
