生物活性：棕櫚酸是一種長鏈飽和脂肪酸，常見于動(dòng)植物中。 PA 可誘導(dǎo)小鼠顆粒細(xì)胞中葡萄糖調(diào)節(jié)蛋白 78 (GRP78) 和 CCAAT/增強(qiáng)子結(jié)合蛋白同源蛋白 (CHOP) 的表達(dá)^{[1] [2]}。

體外：Palmitic acid (0.1、0.25 或 0.5 mM；12-72 小時(shí)) 可增加 LX2、Huh7 和 MIHA 肝細(xì)胞系中 Notch1、-2 和 -4 的 mRNA 水平[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
