生物活性：ATP（腺苷 5'-三磷酸）是體內(nèi)能量儲存和代謝的核心成分。 ATP 提供代謝能量以驅(qū)動代謝泵，并在細(xì)胞中充當(dāng)輔酶。 ATP 是免疫和炎癥中重要的內(nèi)源性信號分子^[1][2]。

體外：ATP（5 mM；1 小時）與 LPS (1 μg/mL) 共同處理對 HGFs 中 NLRP3 炎性體的激活具有協(xié)同作用^[3]。
ATP (2 mM；0.5-24 小時）以 caspase-1 激活依賴性方式誘導(dǎo) BMDM 分泌 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2^[4]。
ATP 促進(jìn)中性粒細(xì)胞趨化性體外^[4].

體內(nèi)：ATP (50 mg/kg; ip) 在體內(nèi)保護(hù)小鼠免受細(xì)菌感染^[4]。
ATP 在體內(nèi)誘導(dǎo) IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2 的分泌以及中性粒細(xì)胞募集^[4].
