細(xì)胞分裂素 (cytokinin,CTK)從玉米或其他植物中分離或人工合成的植物激素。一般在植物根部產(chǎn)生,是一類促進(jìn)胞質(zhì)分裂的物質(zhì),促進(jìn)多種組織的分化和生長(zhǎng)。與植物生長(zhǎng)素有協(xié)同作用。是調(diào)節(jié)植物細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和發(fā)育的植物激素。在細(xì)胞分裂中起活化作用,也包含在細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和分化及其他相關(guān)的生理活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,如激動(dòng)素(KT)、玉米素(ZT)、6-芐基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)等。

在放射性同位素實(shí)驗(yàn)中,所引用的放射性標(biāo)記化合物的化學(xué)量是極微量的,它對(duì)體內(nèi)原有的相應(yīng)物質(zhì)的重量改變是微不足道的,體內(nèi)生理過(guò)程仍保持正常的平衡狀態(tài),獲得的分析結(jié)果符合生理?xiàng)l件,更能反映客觀存在的事物本質(zhì)。 放射性同位素示蹤法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)如上所述,但也存在一些缺陷,如從事放射性同位素工作的人員要受一定的專門訓(xùn)練,要具備相應(yīng)的安全防護(hù)措施和條件,在日前個(gè)別元素(如氧、氮等)還沒(méi)有合適的放射性同位素等等。在作示蹤實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),還必須注意到示蹤劑的同位素效應(yīng)和放射效應(yīng)問(wèn)題。所謂同位素效應(yīng)是指放射性同位素(或是穩(wěn)定性同位素)與相應(yīng)的普通元素之間存在著化學(xué)性質(zhì)上的微小差異所引起的個(gè)別性質(zhì)上的明顯區(qū)別,對(duì)于輕元素而言,同位素效應(yīng)比較嚴(yán)重。因?yàn)橥凰刂g的質(zhì)量判別是倍增的,如 3H 質(zhì)量是 1H 的三倍,2H 是 1H 的兩倍,當(dāng)用氚水(3H2O)作示蹤劑時(shí),它在普通 H2O 中的含量不能過(guò)大,否則會(huì)使水的物理常數(shù)、對(duì)細(xì)胞膜的滲透及細(xì)胞質(zhì)粘性等都會(huì)發(fā)生改變。但在一般的示蹤實(shí)驗(yàn)中,由同位素效應(yīng)引起的誤差,常在實(shí)驗(yàn)誤差內(nèi),可忽略不計(jì)。放射性同位素釋放的射線利于追蹤測(cè)量,但射線對(duì)生物體的作用達(dá)到一定劑量時(shí),會(huì)改變機(jī)體的生理狀態(tài),這就是放射性同位素的輻射效應(yīng),因此放射性同位素的用量應(yīng)小于安全劑量,嚴(yán)格控制在生物機(jī)體所能允許的范圍之內(nèi),以免實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象受輻射損傷,而得錯(cuò)誤的結(jié)果。
