在雷達(dá)導(dǎo)航設(shè)備中,其發(fā)射部分一般都需要一高電壓、窄脈沖、不同重復(fù)頻率的強(qiáng)功率脈沖源。這種強(qiáng)功率脈沖源一般通過一個高壓電源將市電升為幾千伏至幾十千伏直流高壓,然后由一個調(diào)制器將直流高壓調(diào)制為所需脈寬及頻率的脈沖源以供發(fā)射管使用。
脈沖源主要由高壓電源及調(diào)制器部分組成,高壓電源采用開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源,調(diào)制器采用半導(dǎo)體器件的固態(tài)調(diào)制器。
使用方給出的觸發(fā)脈沖是TTL電平的信號,應(yīng)在輸入隔離變壓器前增加接口電路,此接口電路一是為了預(yù)放大TTL脈沖信號,二是為了與隔離變壓器匹配。為了達(dá)到隔離的目的,使用方可提供此接口電路的電源,制造方只需提出電源需求并在電路中設(shè)計相應(yīng)的變換、濾波電路即可。
觸發(fā)脈沖經(jīng)過脈沖變壓器隔離后經(jīng)過預(yù)調(diào)器脈沖整形,功率放大后去觸發(fā)調(diào)制板和截尾板工作。由預(yù)調(diào)器產(chǎn)生的激勵脈沖經(jīng)過變壓器隔離去驅(qū)動調(diào)制板的每一只場效應(yīng)管,此時調(diào)制板導(dǎo)通高壓電源送到微波三極管的陽極,微波三極管的陰極電子開始發(fā)射,微波三極管將送入輸入端的小功率高頻信號放大成大功率的高頻信號。當(dāng)脈沖結(jié)束時,由預(yù)調(diào)器產(chǎn)生的截尾脈沖去觸發(fā)截尾板,截尾板導(dǎo)通后將微波三極管的分布電容釋放,所以可以得到很好的脈沖后沿。
