擴(kuò)散泵
除非您觀察到與擴(kuò)散泵油相關(guān)的故障，否則沒有必要在一年內(nèi)換兩次擴(kuò)散泵油。要檢查擴(kuò)散泵油，必須先將 MSD 放空（5975/5973 除外）。因此，檢查泵油的時(shí)機(jī)是為了進(jìn)行其他維護(hù)而已經(jīng)放空儀器真空時(shí)。
前級泵
前級泵中的油應(yīng)該平均每六個(gè)月更換一次，但也可以根據(jù)應(yīng)用情況決定更換。泵油更換后，如果有前級捕集器，則應(yīng)更換分子篩。
避免接觸到泵油。某些樣品的殘留物可能有毒。用過的油要設(shè)當(dāng)處置。
