染料簡(jiǎn)介:菁染料是近紅外熒光染料中常用的一類熒光染料,統(tǒng)的可見光染料相比有顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì)。由于細(xì)胞和組織的自發(fā)熒光在近紅外波段小,因此在檢測(cè)復(fù)雜生物系統(tǒng)時(shí),近紅外染料能提供更高的特異性和靈敏度。同時(shí),由于光波在近紅外區(qū)段的組織透過(guò)性更好。菁染料的摩爾吸光系數(shù)在熒光染料中是的,Cy7 NHS ester, Cy5.5 amine Cy3 azid的吸收在近紅外區(qū)背景非常低,是熒光強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定的長(zhǎng)波長(zhǎng)染料。特別適合于活體小動(dòng)物體內(nèi)成像代替放射性元素。
