超順磁性四氧化三鐵顆粒（USPIO/SPIO）造影劑，其作用機理是降低T1、T2弛豫時間，主要是用于磁共振成像的各種醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用，特別是對體內(nèi)網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮系統(tǒng)有特異性，能用于肝臟，淋巴，骨髓等器官的增強顯影。
優(yōu)點
²雙功能造影，可做T1 和T2 加權(quán)成像
²血液半衰期長，可達30min以上
