超順磁性四氧化三鐵顆粒(USPIO/SPIO)造影劑,其作用機理是降低T1、T2弛豫時間,主要是用于磁共振成像的各種醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用,特別是對體內(nèi)網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮系統(tǒng)有特異性,能用于肝臟,淋巴,骨髓等器官的增強顯影。
