流行性感冒病毒（Influenza viruses, Flu）簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)流感病毒，是引起流行性感冒的病原體，流行性感冒是由甲（A）、乙（B）、丙（C）三型流感病毒分別引起的急性呼吸道傳染病，它傳染性強(qiáng)、傳播快、潛伏期短、發(fā)病率高。A 型流感病毒常以流行形式出現(xiàn)，能引起世界性流感大流行，它在動(dòng)物中廣泛分布，并也能在動(dòng)物中引起流感流行和造成大量動(dòng)物死亡。B 型流感病毒常常引起局部暴發(fā)，不引起世界性流感大流行。C 型流感病毒主要以散在形式出現(xiàn)，主要侵襲嬰幼兒，一般不引起流行。因此對(duì)于 A 型和 B 型流感病毒的檢測(cè)有相對(duì)較大的臨床意義。
【檢驗(yàn)原理】
Flu 檢測(cè)試劑運(yùn)用膠體金標(biāo)記和免疫層析技術(shù)，檢測(cè)臨床樣本中的 Flu 抗原并以可視信號(hào)的方式直接顯示結(jié)果。
加入充分裂解的臨床樣本后，Flu 抗原在試劑條的前段與膠體金標(biāo)記的 Flu 抗體結(jié)合，形成抗原-抗體復(fù)合物，該復(fù)合物在試劑膜上層析流動(dòng)，經(jīng) Flu 單克隆抗體條帶（Flu A 或 Flu B 測(cè)試線(xiàn)）時(shí)再次結(jié)合 Flu 單克隆抗體，形成雙抗體夾心，并顯現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶，此條帶的出現(xiàn)表明樣本中存在 Flu 抗原。當(dāng)復(fù)合物繼續(xù)層析流動(dòng)至吸附區(qū)，在控制區(qū)（C 線(xiàn)）與包被羊抗鼠多克隆抗體的條帶結(jié)合，此條帶作為試劑合格和正確操作的質(zhì)控線(xiàn)，不論樣本中是否存在 Flu 抗原，此條帶都應(yīng)當(dāng)出現(xiàn)。
