作用:幫助辨別是植物體細(xì)胞還是動(dòng)物體細(xì)胞等。延伸編輯年代美國細(xì)胞生物學(xué)家K.R.波特用高穿透力的高壓電子顯微鏡觀察經(jīng)戊二醛固定的離體培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞,才在細(xì)胞基質(zhì)內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)。于是便把基質(zhì)分為兩個(gè)部分:①微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò),分布在整個(gè)細(xì)胞中,由蛋白質(zhì)性質(zhì)的微梁纖維構(gòu)成。②水狀的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,其中溶解或懸浮著多種小分子,如糖、氨基酸、無機(jī)鹽等。微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)的邊緣附著在細(xì)胞的質(zhì)膜上,并與微管、微絲等細(xì)胞骨架成分交織成為網(wǎng)架,支掛著內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)、線粒體等細(xì)胞器。游離的多核糖體則懸于微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)的交叉點(diǎn)上。整個(gè)細(xì)胞質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)秩序。有人先用去垢劑處理細(xì)胞,去除可溶性蛋白質(zhì),再用改良的水干法制備細(xì)胞標(biāo)本,在電子顯微鏡下就看不到微梁結(jié)構(gòu)。若不經(jīng)去垢劑處理,則出現(xiàn)微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此,微梁網(wǎng)絡(luò)是否真正存在還不能確定。滋養(yǎng)體,一般指原生動(dòng)物攝取營養(yǎng)階段,能活動(dòng)、攝取養(yǎng)料、生長和繁殖,是寄生原蟲的寄生階段。在寄生蟲的原蟲中該階段通常與致病作用有關(guān)。

Free polyribosomes are suspended at the intersection of the microbeam network. The entire cytoplasm presents a complex structural order. Some people first treated cells with detergents to remove soluble proteins, and then prepared cell preparations with a modified water-dry method. Under the electron microscope, microbeam structure could not be seen. If no detergent treatment, there will be micro-beam network. Therefore, it is still uncertain whether the microbeam network really exists. The trophozoites generally refer to the protozoa's ingestion of a trophic phase, which is capable of activity, nutrient uptake, growth and reproduction, and is a parasite stage of parasitic protozoa. This stage is usually associated with pathogenic effects in parasite protozoa.
