因為豬帶絳蟲病可并發(fā)危險的蟲 病故應(yīng)與牛帶絳蟲病認(rèn)真鑒別。兩者節(jié)片鑒別要點為:①頭節(jié): 豬帶絳蟲較小,圓球形,有頂突及小鉤;牛帶絳蟲較大,近四方 形無頂突及小鉤;②成熟節(jié)片:豬帶絳蟲卵巢分三葉;牛帶絳蟲 分兩葉;③妊娠節(jié)片:豬帶絳蟲子宮分支每側(cè)有7~13個呈樹枝狀 ;牛帶絳蟲子宮分支每側(cè)有15~30個成對分支狀。鑒別診斷因為 豬帶絳蟲病可并發(fā)危險的蟲病,故應(yīng)與牛帶絳蟲病認(rèn)真鑒別。豬 帶絳蟲病 - 檢查 與牛帶絳蟲病相同血象中有時可見嗜酸性粒細(xì) 胞輕度增高。糞便或肛門拭子檢查蟲卵陽性率不高且無法區(qū)別蟲 種。從糞便中排出的妊娠節(jié)片內(nèi)的子宮分支形狀和數(shù)目有助于與 牛帶絳蟲鑒別。酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗可檢出患者糞中抗原成分;聚 合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)可擴增糞便中蟲卵或蟲體的種特異性DNA,以檢 測人體內(nèi)豬帶絳蟲成蟲,亦可幫助診斷。由卡氏肺孢子蟲引起的 寄生蟲病。又稱卡氏肺孢子蟲肺炎。多發(fā)生于免疫力低的嬰兒或 病人如腎患者等。Because swine tsutsugamushi disease can be associated with dangerous worm disease, it should be carefully identified with Taenia tsutsugamushi disease. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays detect antigens in the feces of the patient; polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplifies species-specific DNA of the eggs or worms in the feces to detect worms in the human body and help diagnose . Parasitic disease caused by Pneumocystis carinii. Also known as Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia. Occurs in infants or patients with low immunity, such as kidney patients.
