平滑肌纖維呈長梭形,無橫紋。平滑肌受自主神經(jīng)支配,為不隨
意肌。該肌收縮緩慢、持久。細胞核一個,呈長橢圓形或桿狀,
位于中央,收縮時核可扭曲呈螺旋形,核兩端的肌漿較豐富。平
滑肌纖維大小不一,一般長200μm,直徑8μm;小血管壁平滑肌
短至20μm,而妊娠子宮平滑肌可長達500μm。平滑肌主要分布于
血管、氣管、胃、腸等壁內(nèi)。平滑肌纖維可單獨存在,絕大部分
是成束或成層分布的。
平滑肌纖維表面為肌膜,肌膜向下凹陷形成數(shù)量眾多的小凹
(caveola)。目前認為這些小凹相當于橫紋肌的橫小管。肌漿網(wǎng)
發(fā)育很差,呈小管狀,位于肌膜下與小凹相鄰近。核兩端的肌漿
內(nèi)含有線粒體、高爾基復(fù)合體和少量粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)以及較多的游離
核糖體,偶見脂滴。平滑肌的細胞骨架系統(tǒng)比較發(fā)達,主要由密
