概念提出
生物圈的概念、要領(lǐng)是由奧地利地質(zhì)學(xué)家休斯(E.Suess)在1875年*提出的,是指地球上有生命活動(dòng)的領(lǐng)域及其居住環(huán)境的整體。它包括海平面以上約10000米至生物圈的要領(lǐng),是指地球上有生命活動(dòng)的領(lǐng)域及其居住環(huán)境的整體,下11000米處,其中包括大氣圈的下層,巖石圈的上層,整個(gè)土壤圈和水圈。但絕大多數(shù)生物通常生存于地球陸地之上和海洋表面之下各約100 m厚的范圍內(nèi),如果把地球看作一個(gè)足球大小,那么生物圈就比一張紙還要薄。
組成部分

第四,提供生命物質(zhì)所需的各種營養(yǎng)元素,包括O2、CO2、N、C、K、Ca、Fe、S(氧氣 、二氧化碳、氮、碳元素、鉀元素、鈣元素、鐵元素、硫元素)等,它們是生命物質(zhì)的組成或中介。
