SOX-10（兔多克隆抗體）

Sry相關(guān)HMG-Box基因10（SOX-10）在神經(jīng)脊的發(fā)育以及黑色素細(xì)胞分化及特化上起作用，是一種核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。在殘留的纖維組織增生性黑色素瘤、惡性外周神經(jīng)鞘膜瘤中高表達(dá)，而在皮膚傷疤的紡錘形成纖維細(xì)胞中不表達(dá)或低表達(dá)，可用于區(qū)別殘余纖維組織增生性黑色素瘤和皮膚傷疤。SOX-10在神經(jīng)鞘瘤和纖維瘤中廣泛的表達(dá)，但其他間質(zhì)和上皮腫瘤，僅在肌上皮瘤和彌散性星形細(xì)胞瘤檢測(cè)到。在正常的組織如雪旺細(xì)胞、支氣管分泌腺、乳腺肌上皮細(xì)胞等中也有表達(dá)。因此SOX-10還被應(yīng)用于鑒別各種神經(jīng)脊來源的腫瘤、間質(zhì)、上皮性腫瘤。

Sry-related HMG-Box gene 10 (SOX-10) is a nuclear transcription factor that plays a role in the development of neural crest and melanocyte differentiation and specialization. Is highly expressed in residual fibrous tissue proliferative melanoma and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor, and is not expressed or expressed in spindle-shaped fibroblasts of cutaneous scars. It can be used to differentiate residual fibrous tissue hyperplastic melanoma from skin scars. SOX-10 is widely expressed in schwannomas and fibroids, but other mesenchymal and epithelial tumors are only detected in myoepithelioma and diffuse astrocytoma. In normal tissues such as Schwann cells, bronchial glands, mammary gland epithelial cells, etc. are also expressed. So SOX-10 is also used to identify a variety of neurogenic ridges of tumor, interstitial, epithelial tumors.
