GATA3是一種鋅指轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,在許多組織中參與激發(fā)、引導(dǎo)細(xì)胞增殖、成長(zhǎng)、分化。但在腫瘤組織中,GATA3排它性地主要在乳腺癌和泌尿道上皮癌表達(dá)。有報(bào)道GATA3在乳腺癌的表達(dá)與ER,PR和Her2有相關(guān)性;在泌尿道上皮癌的表達(dá)與腫瘤的侵潤(rùn)性和級(jí)別呈正相關(guān)。
