E-cadherin是分子量為120kDa的跨膜糖蛋白,屬于鈣離子依賴的粘附分子家族,在細(xì)胞生長發(fā)育、形態(tài)發(fā)生、極性、遷移和組織完整性等不同的過程中都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。E-鈣粘蛋白是一種具有胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域的糖蛋白,其胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域能與其他鄰近細(xì)胞的E-鈣粘蛋白分子相互作用,從而在上皮細(xì)胞間建立連接。其功能的降低或喪失可導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞連接的破壞,與腫瘤細(xì)胞的浸潤和轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)。在許多腫瘤中其表達(dá)均有所改變,表達(dá)下降往往預(yù)示預(yù)后不良。軍團(tuán)桿菌,系需氧革蘭氏陰性桿菌,以嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌zui易致病?,F(xiàn)已提出了超過30種軍團(tuán)桿菌,至少19種是人類肺炎的病原。其中zui常見病原體為嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌(占病例的85%~90%),其次是L.micdadei(占5%~10%),再次是L.bozemanii和L.dumoffii.此類細(xì)菌形態(tài)相似,具有共同的生化特征,引起類似疾病。
軍團(tuán)菌病是由軍團(tuán)菌屬細(xì)菌引起的臨床綜合征。1976年美國費(fèi)城召開退伍軍人大會時暴發(fā)流行而得名。病原菌主要來自土壤和污水,由空氣傳播,自呼吸道侵入。臨床表現(xiàn)類似肺炎

E-cadherin is a 120 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the family of calcium-dependent adhesion molecules and plays an important role in different processes such as cell growth, morphogenesis, polarity, migration and tissue integrity . E-cadherin is a glycoprotein with an extracellular domain whose extracellular domain can interact with E-cadherin molecules of other nearby cells to establish a link between epithelial cells. A decrease or loss of its function can lead to the disruption of cellular junctions, which is associated with the infiltration and metastasis of tumor cells. In many tumors its expression has been changed, the decline in expression often indicates a poor prognosis. Legionella bacteria, Department of aerobic gram-negative bacilli, Legionella pneumophila most likely to cause disease. More than 30 species of Legionella have been proposed and at least 19 are pathogenic to human pneumonia. Legionella pneumophila (85% -90% of the cases) were the most common pathogens, followed by L.micadensis (5% -10%) and again L.bozemanii and L.dumoffii.These bacteria were morphologically similar, Have common biochemical characteristics, causing similar diseases.
