美國(guó)Dytran 5800B2是一種通用型IEPE脈沖錘/力錘，是利用安裝有力傳感器的“力錘"，用自定義的力來(lái)?yè)舸颍?lì)）被試驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)物，來(lái)鑒定共振態(tài)，取得動(dòng)態(tài)行為研究里的重要參數(shù)。借助于現(xiàn)代測(cè)試技術(shù)和微機(jī)的FFT以脈沖試驗(yàn)原理和模態(tài)理論迅速求得結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)參數(shù)的一種快速、簡(jiǎn)便、有效的方法。同時(shí)也可以檢測(cè)被測(cè)物結(jié)構(gòu)健康狀態(tài)。
在錘擊試驗(yàn)中，對(duì)被測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)輸入的是激勵(lì)（錘擊）力信號(hào)，通過(guò)測(cè)量結(jié)構(gòu)各點(diǎn)的響應(yīng)（輸出）加速度信號(hào)，即可求得結(jié)構(gòu)的傳遞函數(shù)。
The Dytran 5800B2 is a general purpose IEPE impulse hammer used to excite structures or machinery with a definable impulse force. The impulse is used to identify resonances, an important measurement parameter for the study of dynamic behavior, as well as to help determine the overall structural health of a test specimen. Available with a 50 lbf range, the Dytran model 5800B2 features a 100-gram head weight and is supplied with three interchangeable impact tips.
The Dytran Dynapulse™ impulse hammers incorporate a special acceleration compensated piezoelectric force sensor in the hammer head at the striking face, ensuring a smooth frequency spectrum that is free from anomalies. Electrical connection is achieved via a BNC connector jack located at the end of the hammer handle.
