The Process RamanProbeTM
曼光譜現(xiàn)在可以應(yīng)用于過程拉曼探針的反應(yīng)監(jiān)測和過程控制應(yīng)用。過程拉曼探針結(jié)合了光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)械堅(jiān)固性的佳特性，用于敏感且具有成本效益的過程監(jiān)控。該探頭基于與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉曼探頭相同的質(zhì)量光學(xué)元件，但是為了保護(hù)光學(xué)器件免受的熱量影響，探頭主體與延伸管保持距離反應(yīng)器一定距離。管本身可以直接連接到反應(yīng)器和生產(chǎn)線中。使用可選的可清洗外殼，探頭適用于大多數(shù)工業(yè)環(huán)境。
設(shè)計(jì)的核心是InPhotonics的過濾和聚焦光學(xué)元件，大限度地提高光學(xué)吞吐量，同時(shí)*衰減瑞利（激光）線。探頭僅使用可承受高溫和高濕條件的強(qiáng)氧化物過濾器。單纖維收集提供了一種簡單而成本有效的方式來測量距離光譜儀100米的距離。
耐壓不銹鋼延伸管在*配有壓縮藍(lán)寶石窗口†可以使用一系列固定的工作距離，用戶可調(diào)節(jié)的版本。其他管直徑可根據(jù)要求提供。InPhotonics進(jìn)行自定義修改以滿足您的過程監(jiān)控需求。
現(xiàn)在可用于Hasloy C以及316不銹鋼。
