基準(zhǔn)平臺：此件固定在主機(jī)的臺面板上，測量時做水平基準(zhǔn)面，基準(zhǔn)平臺的右側(cè)為定位面，左側(cè)為夾緊裝置，左側(cè)的夾緊裝置上有夾緊螺釘，設(shè)備配套的夾具在測量時放于基準(zhǔn)平臺上。

⑵  測量<A>面：晶體主參考面<A>面定向：可測量晶棒直徑為2、4、6英寸,<A>面的θ角：18.917°(18°55′00″)(或按客戶需要做C向、R向)。

①儀器的校準(zhǔn)：用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)晶棒校準(zhǔn)儀器。晶向<A>的θ角：18.917° (18°55′00″)

②將裝有晶棒的夾具，清理潔凈后放到儀器的基準(zhǔn)平臺上，調(diào)整前后位置，使X光能夠照射到晶棒的外圓柱面上，旋轉(zhuǎn)基準(zhǔn)平臺左側(cè)的夾緊螺釘，把緊。打開X射線光閘，使待測量晶棒在夾具內(nèi)慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動，尋測峰值。當(dāng)μA表針為*狀態(tài)時(即為zui大值時)，保證晶棒不動，夾緊晶棒。

③將夾具從定向儀下移出，轉(zhuǎn)到磨床上磨削平面。

④自動升降測試。

⑴ Construction and function of crystal clip

③Unload the clip from the instrument ,and put it on the grinding plane of the grinding machine.

④Auto lifting test.
