   圖一是NUCLEODUR(閃電) C18 Gravity與其他4個品牌新型反相C18色譜柱穩(wěn)定性的比較。在PH=11的流動條件下，連續(xù)300次進樣后，NUCLEODUR(閃電) C18 Gravity沒有出現(xiàn)因柱效下降，造成的出峰展寬或保留時間縮短的現(xiàn)象。

   圖二是 NUCLEODUR(閃電) C18 Gravity系列反相色譜柱在低PH條件下優(yōu)異的穩(wěn)定性。由于硅膠表面特別穩(wěn)定的鍵合，有效防止了鍵合相在低PH時的脫落，即使經(jīng)過在5000ml的PH=1.5流動相沖洗后，3種被測樣品的保留時間沒有變化。

所以在NUCLEODUR(閃電) C18 Gravity系列可以在PH=1.0—11.0之間穩(wěn)定使用，是您研究開發(fā)特別條件應(yīng)用的好幫手。
