詳細介紹
智能氣體腰輪流量計,主要由殼體、共軛轉(zhuǎn)子和智能流量積算儀等部件構(gòu)成。裝于計量室內(nèi)的一對共軛轉(zhuǎn)子在流通氣體的出入口壓差(P入>P出)作用下,通過精密加工的調(diào)校齒輪使轉(zhuǎn)子保持正確的相對位置。轉(zhuǎn)子間、轉(zhuǎn)子與殼體、轉(zhuǎn)子與墻板間保持*工作間隙,實現(xiàn)了連續(xù)的無接觸密封。轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)動一周,則輸出四倍計量室有效容積的氣體,轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)通過磁性密封聯(lián)軸裝置及減速機構(gòu),傳遞到智能流量積算儀,從而顯示輸出氣體的累計體積量。其計量過程和工作原理如圖1所示(圖中僅表示了四分之一周期)。
