滑軌式快速升溫爐是專(zhuān)為生長(zhǎng)石墨烯研制的石墨烯生長(zhǎng)專(zhuān)用爐，也同樣適用于要求升降溫速度比較快的CVD實(shí)驗(yàn)，可根據(jù)用戶(hù)需要設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)(有雙溫區(qū)、三溫區(qū)、多溫區(qū))，
according to the rquire of user （with double heat zne ,more than three zone thmperature area ）,constant high temperature operation experiment set can be directly push to tthe samples
操作時(shí)可將實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)定的恒定高溫直接推到樣品處，使樣品得到快速升溫
to make samles to get fast heating .also the high temperature tube furnace can be direct pull off a samples . the samples directly expose in to the room temperature enviroment ,get rapidly cooling
同樣也可將高溫的管式爐直接推離樣品處，使樣品直接暴露在室溫環(huán)境下，得到快速的降溫。
