二氧化硅包裹的上轉(zhuǎn)換熒光納米顆粒,包裹后的納米粒子具有的水溶性和生物相容性,應(yīng)用于生物學(xué)等領(lǐng)域中。

納米材料由于具有的比表面積,可以作為輸送載體。運(yùn)用兩親性分子修飾上轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)光納米材料,在納米材料和親水端之間的疏水層可以吸附一些化學(xué)如阿霉素(DOX)再在其表面連接上一些靶向的基團(tuán)如(FA),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)靶向性的輸送。同時(shí)中間的疏水層也可以吸附一些光敏分子實(shí)現(xiàn)的光動(dòng)力。光動(dòng)力是指一些(光敏分子)在光照的條件下將吸附在周?chē)牡难蹀D(zhuǎn)化為單線態(tài)氧或者是活性氧自由基,從而殺死。該方法大的是不會(huì)對(duì)灶周?chē)慕M織造成,副作用較小。
