為細胞提供各種形式的流體切應力:穩(wěn)流式切應力,脈沖式切應力或者往返式切應力。
在經(jīng)過特殊基質(zhì)蛋白包被的25mm x 75mm x 1.0mm 細胞培養(yǎng)載片上培養(yǎng)細胞。
計算機控制的蠕動泵可以調(diào)節(jié)切應力的大小,從0-35 dynes/cm2.
通過Osci-Flow液體控制儀提供往返式或者脈沖式的流體切應力。
檢測細胞在液流作用下的排列反應。
設備易拆卸并可高溫消毒。
可以在經(jīng)過特殊包被的6個細胞培養(yǎng)載片上同時培養(yǎng)細胞。
可以在提供流體切應力的同時抻拉細胞,測試血管和結(jié)綈組織細胞對液體流動的實時反應。
為培育在StageFlexer硅膠模表面或者基質(zhì)蛋白包被的細胞培養(yǎng)片上的細胞提供切應力。
使用FX-5000T應力加載系統(tǒng)抻拉細胞,并且可以在實驗前,實驗中或者實驗后提供切應力。
計算機控制蠕動泵,調(diào)節(jié)切應力大小,從0-35 dynes/cm2.
使用標準正立式顯微鏡實時觀察細胞在切應力下的反應。
檢測細胞在流體作用下的排列反應。
檢測在液體切應力下各種激活劑/抑制劑對細胞反應的影響。
使用熒光團例如FURA-2檢測細胞內(nèi)[Ca2+]ic或者其它離子對切應力的反應。
