加拿大Cellscale公司是世界著名的生物材料測(cè)試儀器提供商,在世界范圍內(nèi)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。
該系統(tǒng)能夠在小于10N的力下進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定的拉伸,壓縮、彎曲和撕扯測(cè)試。提供各種夾具和夾具,以適應(yīng)不同的樣品和測(cè)試模式。

在測(cè)試期間,屏幕視頻和實(shí)時(shí)結(jié)果圖表提供給操作人員反饋,同時(shí)記錄所需數(shù)據(jù)以供進(jìn)一步分析。
測(cè)試完成后,分析軟件模塊可以進(jìn)行圖像和數(shù)據(jù)分析。 時(shí)間同步力/位移和圖像數(shù)據(jù),可以很容易地將定性視覺(jué)信息與數(shù)值測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)聯(lián)。
當(dāng)配備科學(xué)相機(jī)和數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)軟件包時(shí),該系統(tǒng)可用于測(cè)量變形過(guò)程中樣品表面的應(yīng)變。 該數(shù)據(jù)可以作為直接測(cè)量的應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)輸出,而不是依賴于夾持/壓板運(yùn)動(dòng)。

流體浴
拉伸、壓縮和彎曲單軸測(cè)試儀系統(tǒng)可配備溫控流體浴,以確保在適當(dāng)條件下測(cè)試敏感的生物材料。 作為集成系統(tǒng)的一部分,可以將測(cè)試協(xié)議設(shè)置為提供用戶的設(shè)定點(diǎn)警告,并且可以將測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù),以記錄測(cè)試已正確完成。
