該系統(tǒng)是模塊化集成壓縮、張力、剪切、摩擦、扭轉(zhuǎn)和2D/3D壓痕、3D輪廓及多力混合耦連測試的一體化微觀力學(xué)測試裝置。能對生物組織、聚合物、凝膠、生物材料、膠囊、粘合劑和食品進(jìn)行精密可靠的機(jī)械刺激和表征。允許表征的機(jī)械性能包括剛度、強(qiáng)度、模量、粘彈性、塑性、硬度、附著力、腫脹和松弛位移控制運(yùn)動。

背景介紹:

        機(jī)械壓痕是一種快速、無損的生物組織評價(jià)技術(shù)。近,Biomomentum對這項(xiàng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和擴(kuò)充,它既具有映射繪圖能力,又解決了垂直性問題,這仍然妨礙了納米壓痕等其他方法。利用這些突破,新的研究設(shè)計(jì)的效率大大提高。壓痕通常要求被測試的表面是平坦的,并且還需要垂直于關(guān)節(jié)表面的壓縮軸。多軸機(jī)械試驗(yàn)機(jī)MACH-1 V500 CSS的3D“正常壓痕”函數(shù)地檢測XY位置處的表面高度和方向,并記錄載荷(多軸向載荷單元),同時(shí)以不同速度移動測試儀的三個(gè)階段,以便以預(yù)定義的方式移動球形壓頭。沿著垂直于樣品表面的虛擬軸的位移分布。利用MACH-1 V500 CSS測試器*的多軸能力,生物顯微鏡已經(jīng)開發(fā)出新的功能,允許壓痕測試的所有優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)克服了傳統(tǒng)的局限性。這一技術(shù)進(jìn)步依賴于在Mach-1運(yùn)動軟件中增加兩個(gè)功能:“掃描XY”和“正常壓痕”。在每個(gè)位置執(zhí)行一系列功能之前,“掃描XY”功能在預(yù)定義位置移動測試儀的X和Y水平級。應(yīng)該提到的是,這樣的位置列表可以很容易地生成使用Biomomentum的“軟骨映射”軟件處理樣本的俯視圖。“正??s進(jìn)”函數(shù)地檢測出XY位置上的表面的高度和方向,并記錄負(fù)載(多軸載荷單元),同時(shí)以不同的速度移動測試儀的三個(gè)階段,以便沿著一個(gè)正常的法線的虛擬軸在樣品表面移動球形壓頭。
