SMC流體閥幾種典型結構
下圖是VCW系列的結構原理圖。對于N.C.型,電磁線圈3不通電時,閥芯關閉IN口與OUT口。當電磁線圈通電時,動鐵心組件4a克服復位彈簧6的彈簧力,被靜鐵心2所被吸引,IN口與OUT開啟。N.C.型的圖形符號表示,在不通電時,IN口至OUT口是封閉的,但若OUT口與IN口對換,則不能封閉。
VCA、VCB、VCL、VCS、VCW及VDW系列的工作介質比較單一,故閥的結構簡單,體積和重量都比對應口徑的VX系列要小而輕,價格也低些。
VXR2系列是SMC防水錘型二位二通先導式電磁閥,在IN側沒有壓力或很低壓力下,由于提升彈簧的反力使主閥芯開啟,故稱為零差壓動作型,即zui低動作壓力差為零。
VNA是一種正反方向都可以流動的平衡座閥式結構,有外部先導式電磁閥和氣控閥兩種。
