Watson Mcdaniel 公司出品的D系列和HD系列先導(dǎo)式調(diào)節(jié)閥適用于蒸汽系統(tǒng)中對(duì)壓力和溫度控制的場(chǎng)合。D系列調(diào)節(jié)閥材質(zhì)是鑄鐵;HD系列調(diào)節(jié)閥材質(zhì)是壓力與溫度等級(jí)更高的球墨鑄鐵。該系列調(diào)節(jié)閥可配用多種不同用途的先導(dǎo)閥,有壓力先導(dǎo)式,溫度先導(dǎo)式以及壓力溫度組合先導(dǎo)式。每一種先導(dǎo)閥均可通過(guò)先導(dǎo)閥適配器進(jìn)行組合與拆卸。這種模塊設(shè)計(jì)使得系列產(chǎn)品用途十分廣泛。該系列減壓閥提供了覆蓋整個(gè)壓力范圍的彈簧等級(jí),并用顏色加以區(qū)別。zui常選用的先導(dǎo)閥有P型壓力先導(dǎo)閥和T型溫度先導(dǎo)閥。
壓力先導(dǎo)閥
使用壓力先導(dǎo)閥時(shí),你可以有幾種選擇形式。P型及P5型壓力先導(dǎo)閥均為彈簧調(diào)節(jié)式壓力先導(dǎo)閥。P型先導(dǎo)閥用于普通壓力調(diào)節(jié)的場(chǎng)合。P5型先導(dǎo)閥則用于要求調(diào)節(jié)壓力的場(chǎng)合。P5型的調(diào)節(jié)精度可維持在±1psi的范圍內(nèi)。A型空氣先導(dǎo)閥是通過(guò)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行壓力調(diào)節(jié),減壓一般用于減壓閥及減壓站的遙控調(diào)節(jié)。
溫度先導(dǎo)閥
T型溫度先導(dǎo)閥適用于對(duì)溫度的調(diào)節(jié)。先導(dǎo)閥測(cè)溫頭內(nèi)填充了溫度敏感液體,受熱膨脹。液體的膨脹反饋到波紋管進(jìn)行溫度先導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)。T型溫度先導(dǎo)閥安裝了一個(gè)耐過(guò)熱波紋管,以保護(hù)可能處于過(guò)熱工況下的先導(dǎo)閥。T型溫度先導(dǎo)閥的溫控范圍為60~260oF。調(diào)節(jié)閥的開(kāi)關(guān)控制可使用S型電磁開(kāi)關(guān)先導(dǎo)閥。S型先導(dǎo)閥是通過(guò)電源來(lái)控制調(diào)節(jié)閥的關(guān)閉與開(kāi)啟。它一般與P型先導(dǎo)閥或T型先導(dǎo)閥組合使用。
PT型先導(dǎo)閥組是用于系統(tǒng)要求一個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)閥既要控制壓力又要控制溫度的場(chǎng)合。當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)閥安裝PT型先導(dǎo)閥后。下游壓力受P型壓力先導(dǎo)閥的zui大壓力設(shè)定值限定,而T型溫度先導(dǎo)閥保證其準(zhǔn)確的使用溫度。
背壓先導(dǎo)閥
當(dāng)需要控制系統(tǒng)的背壓時(shí),可在HD系列調(diào)節(jié)閥上配裝BP型背壓先導(dǎo)閥,這種先導(dǎo)閥控制調(diào)節(jié)閥上游的壓力。
先導(dǎo)閥的組合
先導(dǎo)閥的一大優(yōu)勢(shì)在于可以在調(diào)節(jié)閥上安裝不同類型的先導(dǎo)閥及其組合。以上三種先導(dǎo)閥可以組合在一起進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)閥的控制。zui常用的先導(dǎo)閥組合是溫度 - 壓力先導(dǎo)閥,若另外再加裝S型電磁先導(dǎo)閥,可直接對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行開(kāi)關(guān)控制。
