Machine- PT400pro齒輪軸承綜合測試臺采用ABB小型三相異步電機驅(qū)動，配合變頻器來調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速，聯(lián)軸器直接驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)子部件。選擇不同故障類型的軸承，在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下，驗證軸承缺陷頻率特征，還可進行故障齒輪測試、轉(zhuǎn)子動平衡試驗、啟停機試驗、轉(zhuǎn)軸摩擦試驗、軸彎曲試驗，在安全可控的環(huán)境中單獨或與各種缺陷組合搭配實驗。作為研究旋轉(zhuǎn)機械故障特征的創(chuàng)新實驗平臺，配合教學(xué)模擬及科研用戶的廣泛需求。

The PT400Pro is driven by an ABB small three-phase asynchronous motor, coupled  with a frequency converter to adjust the speed, and the coupling directly drives the  rotor components. Select bearings with different types of faults, verify the frequency characteristics of bearing defects at different speeds, and conduct fault gear  testing, rotor dynamic balance testing, start stop testing, shaft friction testing, and  shaft bending testing separately or in combination with various defects in a safe  and controllable environment. As an innovative experimental platform for studying  the fault characteristics of rotating machinery, it fully meets the extensive needs of  teaching simulation and scientific research users.

測試臺組成：

Machine- PT400pro齒輪軸承綜合測試臺主要由三相異步電機、變頻器、單極傳動齒輪箱、雙支撐軸承、動平衡轉(zhuǎn)子盤、轉(zhuǎn)軸、皮帶及皮帶輪張緊器、減震基礎(chǔ)底座、磁吸開關(guān)等組成。

The test bench mainly consists of three-phase asynchronous motors, frequency  converters, single pole transmission gearboxes, double support bearings,  dynamic balancing rotor discs, shafts, belts and pulley tensioners, shock-absorbing foundation bases, magnetic switches, etc.

測試臺主要功能：

l故障軸承模擬：軸承內(nèi)圈故障、軸承外圈故障、軸承滾動體故障、軸承保持架故障、軸承綜合故障。

l齒輪箱故障齒輪模擬：缺齒、斷齒、磨損、裂紋。

l皮帶磨損故障模擬、轉(zhuǎn)子動平衡。
