37215壓力測試儀是經(jīng)典的7200 paw壓力測試儀的升級產(chǎn)品,自1965年使用以來,該測試儀在多個學(xué)術(shù)和工業(yè)實(shí)驗室為鎮(zhèn)痛藥物的開發(fā)和研究做出了貢獻(xiàn)。
壓痛儀的主要特點(diǎn):
· 提供三種測試量程:250g,500g,750g
· 簡單可靠:無需校準(zhǔn)!
· 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為砝碼測試型號,可根據(jù)需要選擇數(shù)字顯示型號;
· 提供小鼠專用型號,測量更準(zhǔn)確;
· 1960年代以來的經(jīng)典方法:發(fā)表論文數(shù)百篇!

· 爪子放置在帶有圓形的錐形推動器下方的小底座上;
· 操作人員按下踏板開關(guān),壓力由小到大施加到動物的爪子上;
· 力以恒定速率增加,使得測試具備很好的可重復(fù)性;
· 動物感受到疼痛時會產(chǎn)生躲避反應(yīng);
· 松開踏板開關(guān),壓力立即停止;
· 在以10g為步進(jìn)單位施加力;
· 采用低壓同步電機(jī),符合CE規(guī)則;
· 根據(jù)需要,可選擇小鼠專用的型號;
· 經(jīng)典的砝碼款壓痛儀數(shù)字模塊相結(jié)合,可升級為數(shù)顯型壓痛儀;
· 數(shù)顯型號更容易記錄數(shù)據(jù)和讀取數(shù)據(jù);
· 傳統(tǒng)款式和數(shù)顯款式采用箱體的測試結(jié)構(gòu),測量數(shù)據(jù)一致;
· 數(shù)字顯示器采用模塊化設(shè)計,可以對傳統(tǒng)款式進(jìn)行升級;
