According to the quality management system in project operation, our company assumes all responsibilities for all product quality provided for Party A as the contract. For many years, our company provides product services for thermal power plants around the country, has accumulated abundant design, manufacturing and field debugging experience, establishes the perfect after-sales service system for the system, and strictly executes service procedures, so as to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.

客服人員，對用戶服務(wù)請求認(rèn)真記錄并通過服務(wù)任務(wù)單迅速反饋給服務(wù)實施部門。對于項目，我們可以在30分鐘內(nèi)作出響應(yīng)，48小時內(nèi)派有經(jīng)驗的工程技術(shù)人員到達(dá)現(xiàn)場。特殊情況可在24小時內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場。
