NI PCI-5152高速示波器/數(shù)字化儀具有300 MHz模擬帶寬和高達(dá)2 GS/s的實(shí)時(shí)采樣率（對(duì)于重復(fù)信號(hào)則為20 GS/s等效時(shí)間采樣率），使其成為快速納秒邊緣(nanosecond-edge)速度的采集與特性化應(yīng)用的理想之選。 該示波器/數(shù)字化儀還配有每通道高達(dá)256 MB的內(nèi)存，通過擴(kuò)展的數(shù)據(jù)捕獲窗口(capture window)提供高速持續(xù)采樣率。 

PCI-5152適合消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品、半導(dǎo)體、太空/國(guó)防和生命科學(xué)行業(yè)中的自動(dòng)化測(cè)試和數(shù)據(jù)讀寫應(yīng)用。 

它是專為自動(dòng)化測(cè)試而優(yōu)化的示波器/數(shù)字化儀，采用高吞吐量總線來縮短測(cè)試時(shí)間、提供皮秒(picosecond)級(jí)精度的模塊間同步，并集成全套的NI硬件（包括：任意波形發(fā)生器、高速數(shù)字I/O及其它示波器/數(shù)字化儀）；因此，用戶可創(chuàng)建并自定義完整的混合信號(hào)或高通道數(shù)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，在一個(gè)PXI機(jī)箱中實(shí)現(xiàn)34路通道在1GS/s采樣率下的相位同步。
