NI PCI-6528板卡是用于PCI系統(tǒng)的48通道并行隔離工業(yè)數(shù)字I/O接口。 NI PCI-6528有24路數(shù)字輸入通道和24路數(shù)字開關(guān)輸出通道，無須使用跳線。 使用PCI-6528，您的VDC可達(dá)±60，開關(guān)電流可達(dá)150 mA。 PCI-6528的隔離特性能為您的系統(tǒng)減少噪音，去除外部信號帶來的尖脈沖，并切斷接地回路。 開啟可編程上電狀態(tài)，您能在軟件中配置初始輸出狀態(tài)，確保與工業(yè)激勵器(泵、閘、發(fā)動機(jī)、繼電器)接通時操作的安全和*。 通過使用電子I/O看門狗，您能在計算機(jī)或應(yīng)用程序出現(xiàn)故障時，使設(shè)備進(jìn)入可配置的安全輸出狀態(tài)，從而保證一旦設(shè)備與工業(yè)激勵器接通，便能對故障狀況有所檢測并進(jìn)行安全恢復(fù)。 在數(shù)字狀態(tài)發(fā)生改變時(無需輪詢)，該數(shù)字I/O設(shè)備可通知并觸發(fā)您的軟件。 可編程輸入濾波器可通過軟件設(shè)置濾波器，用于消除噪音并為數(shù)字開關(guān)/繼電器去除抖動

  Overview
  NI M Series high-accuracy multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) devices are optimized for 18-bit analog input accuracy. This resolution is equivalent to 5½ digits for DC
  measurements. To ensure accuracy, the NI-PGIA 2 amplifier technology is optimized for low noise and fast settling to 18 bits, and the onboard lowpass filter rejects
  high-frequency noise and prevents aliasing. M Series devices are ideal for applications including test, control, and design. All high-accuracy devices have a minimum of 16 analog
  inputs, 24 digital I/O lines, seven programmable input ranges, analog and digital triggering, and two counter/timers. They also have an extended two-year calibration interval.
