The unique lens revolver of the ANALYSETTE 28 ImageTec can be equipped with up to
5 lenses simultaneously and ensures that the optimal lens for the desired measuring ran
ge can be selected via the software and saved in the SOP. In addition, measurements
can be conducted one after the other with different lenses and displayed together in an
overall result.

For perfect dispersion the sample material is feed into a closed liquid circulation system
and is pumped with high power through the measuring cell between camera and LED
strobe light. The continuously obtained images are the basis for the analysis with a variety
of evaluation possibilities. An integrated ultrasonic emitter and adjustable dispersion
conditions ensure fast and extremely efficient degradation of agglomerates – precisely
adapted to each sample. Due to the integrated water connection, the wet dispersion unit
can be automatically cleaned and refilled with new liquid after each measurement and
is very quickly ready to be used again.

The new ANALYSETTE 28 ImageTec is the ideal Particle Sizer for easy wet
measurement with strong pumping power for particles up to 2.8 mm in suspensions
and emulsions. Due to the Dynamic Image Analysis of particle shape and size, agglomera
tes and other disturbances are recognized even in the smallest amounts and can be view
ed as single images and sorted out after the measurement. It is easy to use, for fast and
directly accessible results in the FRITSCH Cloud: add sample, start dispersion and meas
urement, view evaluation – done.
