一、簡(jiǎn)介 
Prionics公司推出的Priocheck Toxoplasma Ab 豬弓形蟲(chóng)抗體檢測(cè)試劑盒能可靠，高效的檢測(cè)豬血清，血漿，肉組織勻漿中的弓形蟲(chóng)抗體，能用于弓形蟲(chóng)病的監(jiān)控檢測(cè)。 

弓形蟲(chóng)病是一種世界性分布的人、畜共患原蟲(chóng)病，在人、畜及野生動(dòng)物中廣泛傳播，有時(shí)感染率很高。豬弓形蟲(chóng)病zui早的報(bào)道是在美國(guó)俄亥俄州（1952年），繼之在日本以及其他許多國(guó)見(jiàn)也相繼有發(fā)生本病的報(bào)道。豬爆發(fā)弓形蟲(chóng)病時(shí)，常可引起整個(gè)豬場(chǎng)發(fā)病，死亡率可高達(dá)80％以上。因此，目前豬弓形蟲(chóng)病在世界各地以成為重要的豬病之一而受到重視。我國(guó)于1977年在上海發(fā)生的“豬無(wú)名高熱”，zui后確診為豬弓形蟲(chóng)病。

The PrioCHECK? Toxoplasma Antibody ELISA is a reliable and efficient diagnostic test for the detection of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii in porcine serum, plasma, and meat juice samples and can be used for monitoring and surveillance purposes.The same sample used in the PrioCHECK? Toxoplasma Antibody ELISA can be also tested with other PrioCHECK? diagnostic products for various other pig diseases including Trichinella and Salmonella infections. This makes the test an excellent and valuable tool for porcine food safety programs. The PrioCHECK? Toxoplasma Antibody ELISA is also easy to use. The kit contains colored buffers, helping to reduce handling errors.

Test procedure
The PrioCHECK? Toxoplasma Antibody ELISA is an indirect ELISA for the detection of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii. The test follows a short four-step ELISA protocol. Ninety prepared samples can be analyzed within 150 minutes. Test samples are incubated in plates coated with Toxoplasma antigen at room temperature. Plates are then washed and an enzyme labeled anti-pig antibody is added. The signal is measured and if color develops the sample is positive for anti-Toxoplasma antibodies.
