工作原理 把滿足要求的電解水（電阻率大于1MΩ/cm，電子或分析行業(yè)用的去離子水或二次蒸餾水皆可）送入電解槽陽極室，通電后水便立刻在陽極分解：2H2O=4H++ 2O-2，分解成的負氧離子（O-2），隨即在陽極放出電子，形成氧氣（O2），從陽極室排出，攜帶部份水進入水槽，水可循環(huán)使用，氧氣從水槽上蓋小孔放入大氣。氫質(zhì)子以水合離子（H+•XH2O）的形式，在電場力的作用下，通過SPE離子膜，到達陰極吸收電子形成氫氣，從陰極室排出后，進入氣水分離器，在此除去從電解槽攜帶出的大部分水份，含微量水份的氫氣再經(jīng)干燥器吸濕后，純度便達到99.999%以上。
該產(chǎn)品對于大氣量高純氫的場合均可使用，可為多臺氣象色譜儀供氣源，為吸氫合金充氫，及實驗室加氫，還原焰，還原氣體保護，太陽能，風(fēng)能發(fā)電儲能等使用。
