派克比例閥的工作原理如下:在不制動(dòng)時(shí),活塞在感載彈簧通過(guò)杠桿施加的推力F的作用下,處于左端極限位置,這時(shí)閥門(mén)離開(kāi)閥座打開(kāi),使輸入輸出油路相通。當(dāng)開(kāi)始制動(dòng)時(shí),來(lái)自助力器的壓力為P1的制動(dòng)液由進(jìn)油口進(jìn)入,并通過(guò)閥門(mén)從出油口輸至后制動(dòng)管路.此時(shí)輸出液壓P,等于輸入液壓P1當(dāng)制動(dòng)踏板力增大時(shí),P1和P2同步增大。但由于活塞左側(cè)承壓面積大于右側(cè),致使活塞左側(cè)受到的力也大于右側(cè).
當(dāng)左側(cè)受力大于右側(cè)受力與感載彈簧預(yù)緊力之和時(shí)(此時(shí)的壓力為Ps),活塞不斷右移,zui后使閥門(mén)與閥座接觸而關(guān)閉,將輸入輸出油路隔絕,達(dá)到平衡狀態(tài)。P1若進(jìn)一步升高時(shí),則活塞左移,閥門(mén)再度打開(kāi),制動(dòng)液流入出油口,使P2也升高。

伺服閥與美國(guó)派克parker比例閥之間的差別并沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定,因?yàn)楸壤y的性能越來(lái)越好,逐漸向伺服閥靠近,所以近些年出現(xiàn)了比例伺服閥。 比例閥和伺服閥的區(qū)別主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾點(diǎn): 1.驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置不同。比例閥的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置是比例電磁鐵;伺服閥的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置是力馬達(dá)或力矩馬達(dá); 2.性能參數(shù)不同。滯環(huán)、中位死區(qū)、頻寬、過(guò)濾精度等特性不同,因此應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合不同,伺服閥和伺服比例閥主要應(yīng)用在閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),其它結(jié)構(gòu)的比例閥主要應(yīng)用在開(kāi)環(huán)控系統(tǒng)及閉環(huán)速度控制系統(tǒng); 2.1 伺服閥中位沒(méi)有死區(qū),比例閥有中位死區(qū); 2.2 伺服閥的頻響(響應(yīng)頻率)更高,可以高達(dá)200Hz左右,比例閥一般zui高幾十Hz; 2.3 伺服閥對(duì)液壓油液的要求更高,需要精過(guò)濾才行,否則容易堵塞,比例閥要求低一些; 3.閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)及加工精度不同。比例閥采用閥芯+閥體結(jié)構(gòu),閥體兼作閥套。伺服閥和伺服比例閥采用閥芯+閥套的結(jié)構(gòu)。 4.中位機(jī)能種類(lèi)不同。比例換向閥具有與普通換向閥相似的中位機(jī)能,而伺服閥中位機(jī)能只有O型(Rexroth產(chǎn)品的E型)。 5.閥的額定壓降不同。 而比例伺服閥性能介于伺服閥和比例閥之間。 比例換向閥屬于比例閥的一種,用來(lái)控制流量和流向。
